2. Services & Project Scope
Sovryx Tech provides website development, software engineering, mobile app development, hosting, and IT consulting services. Specific deliverables, project milestones, timelines, and payment structures for custom engineering engagements are defined in separate statement of work (SOW) agreements.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in a written project contract, upon full payment of project fees, clients retain ownership of custom client deliverables. Sovryx Tech retains all proprietary rights to pre-existing software frameworks, internal tools, and commercial SaaS products (such as Sovryx Business OS, PocketPOS, and Sovryx School Manager).
4. Limitation of Liability
Sovryx Tech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, unauthorized third-party access, or third-party service provider outages beyond our reasonable control.
